Cross Country Season Ends with a Flourish!
In the final event of the season, at Longley Park, we had an exceptional turnout and were able to enter a team in every race!
The Y5/6 girls' team ran their socks off to come away with bronze medals!
A special mention to Dan in the Y5/6 boys race, who ran both the first and last laps, helping the team to a very creditable 6th place
It was a great effort from all of the children and wonderful to see such strong support from parents.
A final and very special thanks to Mark and Kate for all of their hard work in coordinating the school cross country team these past years, and for helping so many children to have the opportunity to represent the school in competitive running. We are so grateful!
