Good morning Year 3! Please see a video for today’s maths.
Hi Year 3,
The next few chapters for you to enjoy.
I will upload the final instalment later this week as I was rudely interrupted during my last reading as you will hear on the tape!

Chapter 6 part 3
You may have seen the post earlier with a picture I drew. I thought I’d show a quick video of me making it, if you would like to see/ have a go.
Hello you lovely lot!
We hope you have had a lovely week despite the slightly wintery weather! We cannot quite believe how close we are to the summer holidays, we are really sad that we cannot do our normal activities we usually do at this time, but we are excited about seeing you all in September (even though you will be in Year 4!)
This pack is the last official Year 3 pack we will be sending out because for Transition Week the children will complete work set by their new Year 4 teachers!
However, over the summer holidays the children will be given a pack by Year 3 to complete if you want to continue the home schooling model. There will be a couple of activities a week to complete and this is completely up to you if you complete them or not, with no pressure from school. We will keep you informed about this pack on the Year 3 Blog/emails.
Here is your home learning for next week:
As we always say, we would love to see your work as it really makes us smile. It has been so special seeing how independent, resilient and hardworking you have been whilst we haven’t been at school. We are very proud of you all.
We have another little challenge for you! At the hub, we have been testing our artistic skills and doing ‘Draw with Rob’, sketching all sorts of cute cartoon figures! Mr Beard has had a go at a dinosaur and we want to see what you can do! Here is the link to the drawing tutorials- http://www.robbiddulph.com/draw-with-rob
Have a lovely weekend!
Miss Cooper, Miss Ellis and Mr Beard x
Good morning, good morning
Today is the beginning of a few angle lessons.
The next battle (which has now begun) welcomes back Year 4 into this. Year 4 the first two minutes of the video concentrates on Year 3’s last battle, so if you would like to skip this part, please go to 1:48 in the video.
Well done to everyone who has taken part in the last battle and before that too. We welcome all new starters to TT Rockstars and people who have had a little sabbatical from their music duties.
Please see a maths run-through for Year 3.
Mr Flevill here! What an amazing effort from you all to make our ‘Virtual Sports Day’ a complete success. Well done to everybody who took part, every single point you earned made a difference in the final scores and there wasn’t much between the eventual winners and the 3 runner ups!
Thank you so much for all the videos, scorecards and pictures to help show how much fun you had. A big thank you to the teachers for their challenge videos and a huge well done to everybody who managed to beat their scores!
But, we all want to know who won. Watch the link and enjoy the video to find out …
Good morning, good morning!
I hope you have all had a lovely weekend and are raring to go with today’s maths. In anticipation of that, please see today’s video below.
Hi Year 3,
I have added this story for you to listen to because I think it’s great! I remember reading it when I was your age and just wanting to spend all my time building the most amazing den possible. If you listen along, this should also help you with your English work over the next few weeks.
Anyway- here are the first few chapters for you. Enjoy!
