It was a beautiful day on Friday, so we took the opportunity to do some outdoor learning! First, we used our known facts to find missing angles of overlapping masking tape. Later, we had a grammar treasure hunt!

Our trip to Matlock Farm

With hoods up and wellies on, we headed out on our first proper school trip to Matlock Farm. The weather couldn’t have been wetter, but it didn’t stop us from having fun. Learning about Nutrition

This afternoon, Y6 visited Sheffield Hallam University for their Nutrition Fair. The children were invited to try foods, learn about the nutritional benefits of different foods and speak to representatives from the university about how to stay healthy.
